CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If a booking is cancelled by the customer 24 hours prior to the start of the peried of hire  all monies paid (less all bank charges) will be refunded

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire , 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire , 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point all monies paid will be non-refundable.

Debit and credit card payments

We do not store any financial data of our customers. If the payment was made by credit/debit card in case of cancellation we proceed as follow:

For credit/debit card payment there will be an additional £4 service charge.
